A planned retirement village at Ayrburn, near Millbrook Resort, proposed as a Special Housing Area (SHA), has been rejected by a senior Queenstown Lakes District Council planner. An extraordinary meeting will be held in the resort tomorrow to discuss, in part, four expressions of interest for SHAs.
